I believe that setting up your business is the easy part, but that’s because I’ve done it more than a few times and I’m familiar with all of the steps.  If you’ve decided that you want some extra help, I offer a coaching package where I will personally guide you through each step.*

 

Let’s Get Started ($325)

Two 90 minute one-on-one sessions that will get your business set up and ready to go.  We will get your Domaine Name, your Federal ID #, file for your DBA Certificate, apply for your Resale Number, apply for your City Business License (if required), prepare for your Business Bank Account and evaluate your cost structure, to make sure you’ll be making money.  I will also discuss your filing requirements once you are set up with all of the agencies.  Finally, you will get an e-book copy of The Essential Business Handbook to use as a reference as you grow your business.

*You must know which type of business structure you are going to set up before we can work together.  If you are going to operate as a Corporation or LLC, you must have registered before beginning our sessions.  If you are unsure what business type best suits your new company, please register for the free chapter to get familiar with your options, and consult with your attorney or accountant for their input.
